It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information made available through this Platform meet your specific requirements.
1.3 NATAS does not warrant that any of the Materials or that this Platform will be provided uninterrupted or free from errors or that any identified defect will be corrected; further, no warranty is given that this Platform and the Materials are free from any virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, programme or macro. You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain content at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for your use and for any damage and/or loss of data to your mobile device, computer system or other device from which you access this Platform.
2. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
2.1 The Materials and other content located on this Platform including the layout, presentation and/or compilation thereof as well as any software programs used on this Platform (collectively, “Contents”) are owned and/or licenced by NATAS and are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in the Contents are owned by, licensed to or controlled by NATAS.
2.2 Copyright: The copyright in this Platform is owned by NATAS, its subsidiaries, affiliates or its licensors. No part or parts hereof may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, modified, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked, framed or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system without the prior written permission of NATAS. However, you may download and print the Materials on this Platform for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the Materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Materials. You also may not, without the permission of NATAS, insert a hyperlink to any of the webpages on this Platform on any other website or duplicate or "mirror" any Material contained on this Platform on any other server. NATAS, its subsidiaries and affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please inform us as soon as possible.
2.3 Trade Marks: The trade marks, service marks and logos used and displayed on this Platform including but not limited to “NATAS”, “NATAS TRAVEL” and “NATAS HOLIDAYS” , (collectively the “Trade Marks”), are registered and/or unregistered Trade Marks of NATAS, its subsidiaries, affiliates or are licensed for use to NATAS by third parties. Other trade marks, service marks and logos are proprietary marks and are registered to their respective owners. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trade mark displayed on this Platform without the written permission of NATAS or such third party who owns the trade mark. Misuse of any trade mark displayed on this Platform, or any other content on this Platform, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited. NATAS, its subsidiaries and affiliates will vigorously enforce their intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
2.4 The names “NATAS” and “NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TRAVEL AGENTS SINGAPORE” or any of the proprietary marks of NATAS may not be used in any way (including in advertising or publicity pertaining to NATAS, its activities including fairs and exhibitions and its Platform), without prior written permission of NATAS. NATAS prohibits the use of its trade marks as a link to any of its websites or any other third party site unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by NATAS in writing.
3. Non-confidentiality of User
You agree that any communication (including ideas, suggestions or proposals) or material (“Contributions”) that you send via this Platform or to NATAS by electronic mail or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary unless otherwise expressly indicated by you. NATAS shall be entitled to use or disclose such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide. You further agree that you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from NATAS, its subsidiaries or affiliates under any circumstances.
4. General Disclaimer
4.1 NATAS shall in no event be liable for any direct, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, loss or expense (including legal costs and disbursements) or economic loss arising from or in connection with:
- any access, use or the inability to access or use this Platform, or reliance on the Materials in this website;
- the purchase of products or services made via this Platform;
- the non-performance of all or any services offered or undertakings or obligations made by any of the Participating Travel Agents or any other providers of products or services found through this Platform;
- any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus; and
- any use of or access to any other website linked to this Platform,
even if NATAS or its agents or employees are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses and/or expenses.
4.2 Under no circumstances shall NATAS be considered to be associated or affiliated in any manner with any trade or service marks, logos or other insignia used or appearing on websites that are linked to this Platform. Any hyperlinks on this Platform to other websites are provided for purposes of information to you and are not to be construed as an endorsement or verification of such websites by NATAS and any use of the hyperlinks or access to the hyperlinked sites are entirely at the user's own risk. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4.3 While NATAS makes reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this Platform is accurate and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable upon discovery, individuals concerned with the correctness or accuracy of any data or piece of information are advised to seek independent verification thereof.

When you visit this website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to or use of this Platform may be submitted to confidential arbitration in Singapore, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate NATAS’s intellectual property rights, NATAS may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief from the Singapore courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
